Focus Areas

The Center for Mind and Culture arranges its research, training, and outreach into six areas. These areas all fall into the mind-culture nexus, in that they involve both culture-level circumstances (politics, economics, ecology) and mind-level realities (emotions, worldviews, cognitive biases).

To generate greater understanding and promote effectual conversations, we categorize our projects by their most dominant focus area, with the underlying awareness that all projects invariably incorporate multiple foci.
